Organizational Status: Independent NGO, founded in 1990.
General Description: IOG was founded to explore, share, and promote good governance in Canada and overseas by helping governments, voluntary organizations, private and public sectors, and communities to put good governance into practice for the well-being of citizens and society. To this end, IOG works both in Canada and abroad undertaking research, sharing the results through professional development, conferences, seminars, and publications. IOG also provides advisory services to organizations and governments.
