Organizational Status: Independent NGO, founded in 1989.
General Description: ASRC, a nonpartisan, nonpolitical foundation, acts as a combination of think tank and public policy institute. ASRC's mission is to promote the benefits of a free market and a free, responsible society based on moral foundations. The center studies and promotes the principles and ethics of a free market and supports the building and development of a market economy. ASRC's programs focus on carrying out research and educational projects (e.g., books, TV programs), and analyses and expertise, including draft registration.
