Organizational Status: Independent NGO, founded in 1993.
General Description: Founded on the belief that partnerships are the most effective approach to achieving a more sustainable way of life, TEI advocates a participatory approach to shared environmental responsibility. Working closely with international organizations, government, nongovernmental organizations, academia, the private sector and local communities, TEI helps to formulate environmental directives and link policy with action to encourage meaningful environmental progress in Thailand.
