(International Organizations and Japan: Analysis and Evaluation)NIRA conducted a project entitled "Reforming the Organization and Management of International Institutions through the Introduction of New Public Management(NPM)and other Methods" from 2001 to 2002. The report "International Organizations and Japan: Analysis and Evaluation" we published in April, 2004(Nihon Keizai Hyoron-sha, publisher). Here we introduce an outline and part of the paper.
