Abstract:
This publication summarizes citizens' opinions on current problems with the institution of marriage. Topics covered included discrepancies in expectations between women who wish to be independent and equal partners in marriage and men who just want a housewife, and unfairness derived from the fact that corporate and social systems are built around an average household with a working husband and a wife staying at home. It also provides insight into the future directions of marriage practices.
