Abstract:
It is hoped that "citizen's public interest activities" that have become popular because of citizens' heightened awareness of volunteer activities, will play a critical role in our society's future flexible development. This publication investigates the actual conditions of citizen's public interest activities, and summarizes political tasks for promoting such activities, including the improvement of the social support system.
