Abstract:
This publication explores the systems which are facing the negative effects of the current fluid employment situation. Labor laws, temporary services and personnel agencies, vocational education systems and job training systems, as well as welfare expenses and pension systems are examined. With respect to the future course of deregulation, the publication presents areas which need to be improved.
